We accept returns on any product except nutrients and bulbs for 30 days. Please call for a R.M.A. number. You may obtain an R.M.A. number by logging into your account and using the return system.  Products MUST be in original packaging in new condition. Please write your R.M.A. number on the outside of the box. Any returns without a R.M.A. number or not in good condition are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Information

All products are sold with the manufacturers warranty. This is normally one year. Please call about specific warranties. All GreenForest Hydroponics, Inc. manufactured items are guaranteed for 2 years. The ValueLine, Harvest Sun, NextGen, Lighting Systems carry a 5 year warranty, the Xtreme Systems are lifetime. If you require warranty work, please call for a R.M.A. number.

Ballast Replacement Warranty

Should you have a problem with any ValueLine, Harvest Sun, or Extreme Lighting Systems during the warranty period, we will send out a comparable ballast of the same wattage via Fedex Ground during the first year. We will include a pre-paid label for return of the broken ballast at no cost to you. If you need faster service, you may pay the difference to upgrade to Second Day or Overnight. No other company gets you back up and running faster! This is just one of the many benefits of ordering from GreenForest! BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE, ask them what their replacement policy is! They will most likely require you to ship your ballast back to them to have it fixed. In the meantime, your plants are IN THE DARK - FOR WEEKS!!!
